If you need to return any product due to fault with the item please contact me as soon as possible. I will always endeavour to repair or replace and make right the situation if there is a problem, after all I want you to be totally happy with your purchase.

You have the right to change your mind for 14 days after you place an order, and you have 28 days to return any items you are not totally satisfied with. Please contact me if you wish to return an item and we can arrange it.

Delivery charges 

Small orders (such as small prints, posters and cards) orders to the UK are delivered from £3.25

For large or heavy items delivery is from £6.25

The delivery cost is based on the product size and weight.

There is only one delivery charge per order.

 

Dispatch is 2-3 days for standard orders, items already in stock (cards, posters some framed artwork). If the product is made to order this could be approximately 10 days to complete production and 2-3 days for delivery once dispatched. I will notify you if your order needs to be made to order and again once it is dispatched.

Original Artworks and Prints come with the option to be framed or unframed and you can select which you prefer from the drop down box.

Original canvases are framed in lightly grained white tray frames, unglazed. This framing is a standard option, provides protection to the edges of the canvas and looks lovely.

Prints can be framed in a choice of frames, all solid wood and handmade to order. The frame choices include - White frame, Grey frame, Oak frame or Black frame. You can select your framing choice from the drop down menu.

You can chose to upgrade your framing for Original Canvases and this option gives you a stunning way to display your artwork. The upgrade frames the canvas in a Double frame solution for extra wow factor. The canvas is set into a tray frame first to make it apear as if it floating in the frame, and then the tray frame is topped with a second frame to complement the artwork and any decor.

 

And you can always to come to the workshop to chose your own framing!
