Delivery Policy

Orders to the UK are delivered for free!

Orders outside the UK, please contact me for a delivery quote -

If a special delivery service is required and extra charge will be applied for this.

There is only one delivery charge per order.


Delivery is 3-5 days for pre-made items and items already in stock (cards, panel prints some framed prints or originals).

Most prints are made to order and this takes approximately 10 working days to complete and 2-3 days for delivery once dispatched. I will notify you if your orderwill take any longer than this and again once it is dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to cancel an order or return an item, you have 28 days to notify me that you wish to do so.

I will endeavour to rectify the situation if there is a problem with the order, but you are welcome to return any order that you are not happy with.


  1. Contact us by phone or email quoting your order number and letting us know that you would like to cancel or return an item.

  2. If already received, package the item up and send it back to us within 10 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you may have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

  3. We will process the refund directly to your payment card or Paypal (whichever method you used to pay). We will make any refunds due to you as soon as reasonably possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.


Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to me and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.


Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).


Please be aware that you may have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to me unless the product is faulty or damaged on delivery or the wrong product has been supplied.


The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.
